If you are not satisfied, for any reason, let us know within 14 days after your file was delivered. We will work with you to find a solution to your situation. We aim to provide a high level of service, and if you still aren’t satisfied, we’ll process a full refund.
All refunds are credited to the original form of payment. If we do not hear from you within 14 days of file delivery, all sales are considered final. If the email address supplied to us was incorrect, the file is considered delivered if it was sent within the appropriate timeline to the email address we received when the order was submitted. If the email inbox is full, but the file was sent within the deadline, the file is considered delivered.
The only exception to our refund policy is for first-time customers that place orders above $500 in value. In those situations, we refund orders at our discretion. This policy is designed to limit abuse of the open-ended refund policy.
